GR.R

The FIA started restructuring the rally sport a couple of years ago. Among other things, this means that shock absorbers are now part of the homologation. This was already the case in the WRC and S2000, but since Group N and Group A are replaced with Group R regulations we have had to deal with some changes as well.
In the Group R the car manufacturer has to choose the dampers that fit their car the best and the manufacturer then has to homologate this damper on his vehicle. We are very proud that our dampers are homologated on leading R2, R4 and R5 cars.
Do you have standard Reiger dampers on your vehicle, but are you not completely satisfied? Please contact us, we will be happy to change your setting or springs for you. Ask for the possibilities on your car.

R2

The R2 is seen as the talent group. You can get to know the rally sport on a high level, which means that it is important for us to immediately deliver the highest quality. Once you drive with Reiger Suspension, you never want to change in your entire rally career.
Our R2 dampers are on the Ford Fiesta and Skoda Fabia R2. In both cases it is a 5062 front damper with compression and rebound adjustments and a 4616 rear damper with compression and rebound adjustment or just rebound adjustment.

R4

In this group the cars drive with an engine bigger than 2000cc and turbo powered. Reiger develops dampers for the Mitsubishi Lancer and the Subaru Impreza. This group is being phased out.

R5

All Ford Fiestas in the R5 group are standard delivered with Reiger dampers. Additionally we are working with Skoda and Toyota to homologate our suspension also on their cars.
